Joe Dallas
Joe is the program director of Genesis Counseling in Tustin, California. He currently directs a monthly five-day men’s retreat on sexual purity titled, “Every Mans’Battle.” Joe is the author of several books, including the recently released When Homosexuality Hits Home. He has served as President of Exodus International and has spoken around the world on the issue of homosexuality. Joe has been a part of Love Won Out since its beginning in 1998. He and his wife have two sons and live in Orange County, California.
