From the series Time to Grow
Before we can start growing the fruit of the Spirit in our lives, we need to prepare the ground. Pulling weeds isn’t the fun part of gardening, but it is necessary. In Galatians 5, before we are encouraged to grow in the fruit of the Spirit, we are challenged to get rid of the sinful nature. This week we’ll do the hard work of Pulling the Weeds so that the fruit of the Spirit will grow abundantly in our lives.
